Statewide Recognition:
Realizing Aptitudes Featured by CWDC

Forward Steps’ Realizing Aptitudes program was recently highlighted by the Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) — a meaningful recognition that underscores the growing impact of our career coaching model across Colorado.

The feature spotlights how Realizing Aptitudes helped 250 young people gain clarity and confidence through individualized career coaching and immersive virtual reality career exploration. It also reflects how our multiple-pathways approach — supporting technical training, apprenticeships, credentials, and college options — is helping young people discover the path that fits them.

Being recognized by CWDC reinforces what we see every day: when young people are given exposure, guidance, and support, they build the confidence to take meaningful next steps toward their futures.
