We’re excited to kick off the Spring semester and are looking forward to supporting our students as they pursue a positive future.

The Realizing Aptitudes program
We are celebrating a strong year of impact having provided career coaching to 400+ students in 2025 across Metro Denver & Northern Colorado helping young people build clarity, confidence, and determine next steps toward their education and career goals.
Coming into the New Year:

YouthBuild Partnership Kick Off – the Realizing Aptitudes program has officially launched its 8th year of partnership with Mile High Youth Corps YouthBuild, continuing to deliver individualized career pathway coaching with a series of group workshops focused on career development & workforce readiness.

Empowering Students Through Strengths – Realizing Aptitudes partnered with Minds Matter juniors and their mentors to provide coaching on character strengths, helping students identify their top strengths and explore how to apply them to college and career preparation.

We are excited to welcome three new scholars to the program!

Thank you to our supporters for making this possible!
